The staff are helpful and friendly. I bought a bike lock here after researching price and finding out the lock was the same as online with Amazon. I wanted to order and back rack with a basket for my bike. They were helpful and willing to scroll through lots of online photos to help me find one I liked.

Ever since the staff changed, there seems to be a lack of due diligence on their part to ensure a bike is operating. I've had to bring back the same bike three times for the exact same issue, and it's problematic when you're already running into financial issues and you have to pay for the full repair each time.
I have purchased four bikes over the course of 7 years with Roll:. Two road bikes for myself, and a bike for my wife and son. Each time the service experience has been fantastic. They are extremely knowledgable and even remember what you have and will not sell you accessories that can do damage (see: carbon fiber bike + child carrier!) Integrity and good personalities go a long way. For me, I'll simply make my way back to Roll: again and again.
